Brookville, In. — A Metamora woman is facing charges following a fentanyl-related overdose death. Kelly Neville, 31, is being held without bond for dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death in the Franklin County Security Center.
Court documents allege Neville sold the substance to Jeffery Schultz at the Family Dollar store in Metamora October 5, 2018, his body was found on the restroom floor two days later.
Neville reportedly confessed to her role in the transaction while being held on an unrelated offense at the Ripley County Jail.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
