Mayor’s Youth Council seniors recognized at City Council meeting

BATESVILLE, IN — Two senior members of the Mayor’s Youth Council (MYC) were recognized at Monday night’s Batesville City Council meeting.

Zach Wade and Brayleigh Patterson were honored for their involvement over the past six years on the MYC.

Both are planning to attend college.

A plaque containing a picture of Wade and Patterson will hang in the lobby of the Memorial Building.

This is the 13th year for the plaque presentation honoring graduating members of MYC.

Advisor Bill Giltz was in the first class to be recognized for MYC involvement upon graduation.

Giltz and fellow MYC advisor Kim Linkel made the presentation Monday night.
