May is ‘Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month’

Indianapolis, In. — Governor Eric Holcomb has proclaimed May as “Motorcycle Awareness Month.” Warmer weather means more motorcycles on the roadways in the Hoosier state. ABATE of Indiana, Governor Eric Holcomb and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration urge the motoring public to “Look Twice, Save a Life.” #MotorcyclesAreEverywhere

Two-wheel enthusiasts will gather on Monument Circle in Indianapolis on Wednesday, May 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to raise awareness. Organizers plan special attractions and lots of safety information.
