Matching Indiana livestock grant application period open

Oldenburg, In. — The Indiana State Department of Agriculture is now accepting matching grant applications to help grow Indiana’s livestock sector.

The grants are available to nonprofit organizations, commissions and associations involving cattle, swine, sheep, equine, goats, poultry, camelids, ostriches, cervidae, bison, aquaculture and rabbits, and can be used for promotional purposes or market development.

Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1. Award winners will be announced in December.
