Marie I. (King) Williams, 89, of Batesville passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Marie was born on Monday, October 7, 1935, in Aurora, Illinois; daughter of Clarence and Viola (Jeffers) King. Marie married the love of her life, Japheth Williams, on June 11, 1971, and he preceded her in death on June 4, 2019. Marie enjoyed spending her time sewing and going shopping.
Marie will be missed by her sons Dale (Debra) Greif of Naperville, Illinois and Douglas (Kathy) Greif of Naperville, Illinois; daughters Donna Greif of Milan and Debbie Johnson of La Salle, Illinois; 3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Marie was preceded in death by her husband Japheth Williams and sons Donald Edward Greif and Dean Greif.
There are no services. Memorials may be given in honor of Marie to the family.
