Metamora, IN — Thursday Morning, Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a residence on U.S. 52, to the report of someone walking on the roof of the residence. When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered that the homeowner detained the individual until officers could arrive. At that time, Deputies took James D. Phillips, 31, of Metamora, into custody.
Phillips was subsequently lodged in the Franklin County Security Center and was charged with an allegation of Criminal Trespass.
