Jennings County, In. — Police in Jennings County say a 58-year-old male was found dead living in a tent near State Road 750 and County Road 400 West Thursday. Reports indicate the individual had been living outside for about one year.
Officials say anyone with knowledge of someone living without electricity, or in the elements should contact authorities or a relief organization.
