Greensburg, IN—In a new scam, a man is pretending to be an ETC representative and going door-to-door.
A customer in the Greensburg area received a knock at her door from a man stating he and his crew were working in that area. The man stated they were working with ETC and Dish Network. The man was not in any type of uniform or logo apparel according to the customer.
ETC advises that ETC does not have any ETC representatives or subcontracted representatives working with Dish Network or currently working in that area. If you encounter a similar situation they advise you to please use caution and/or contact your local authorities.
