(Union County, IN) – A man was arrested near Brookville Lake early Sunday morning after he allegedly threatened to shoot people.
Union County Sheriff’s deputies were called to Brookville Lake Resort on Old State Road 101 around 1:50 a.m. after a caller told 911 the man was threatening to shoot people and was trying to break into homes while armed.
Deputies arrived and persuaded Robby D. Griffin to come out of a home and drop his weapon.
Griffin, who is from Blanchester, Ohio, was arrested without incident and is facing several felony counts.
He is free on bond.
