(Southeastern IN) – Unemployment took a dive in each of the four area counties in April.
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development says Decatur County fell from 3.6 percent in March to 2.9 percent last month.
Franklin County was at 3.2 percent, down from 4.4 percent.
Dearborn County went from 4.0 to 3.4 percent.
And Ripley County checked in at 3.8 percent, down from 4.7.
The state’s jobless rate last month was 3.6 percent.
