GREENSBURG, Ind. — MainSource Bank recently announced that it has entered into an agreement with Greenwood-based Capstone Investment Management to acquire its assets under management.
Capstone employees and customers joined MainSource’s Wealth Management division yesterday.
Capstone is an independent firm offering securities through Raymond James Financial Services.
The Capstone investment services team will continue to be located in Greenwood.
