A walk off base on balls lifted Madison over Batesville 8-7 in varsity baseball Friday afternoon on the Cubs’ home diamond.
The game was tied at 7-7 in the bottom of the 7th inning when G. Deuser drew a bases loaded walk to score the game winning run.
The Bulldogs outhit Madison 11-6. Rylan Yeager, Brayden Maple, William Huber, and Jackson Elston each collected two hits.
Maple and Tiago Batta drove in two runs a piece for BHS, which is back in action at home on Monday against Lawrenceburg.
