(Southeastern Indiana) — Several areas of Southeastern Indiana were overwhelmed by the heavy rain that fell much of Wednesday.
Threats of windy conditions and severe weather subsided, but flood advisories were posted and extended into the overnight hours.
A number of low-water crossings, or slabs, around Franklin County remained closed as of Thursday morning due to high water caused by heavy rains.
