Loretta Elaine Terry, 50, passed away Wednesday December 30, 2020 at the Decatur County Memorials Hospital in Greensburg. She was born March 29, 1970 to Enoch W. and Lena Lenora (Powers) Kirtman, Sr.
She married Michael A. Terry on April 23, 2007 and he survives. Loretta graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. She was a former employee at Wal Mart in Greensburg. She was a member of His Gathering House in Phenix City, Alabama.
Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Robert Garrett Phillips, Greensburg; two daughters, Brandi (Joseph) Murray, Greensburg, Danielle (Forrest) Born, Bowden, Georgia; six grandchildren, Lillian Murray, Adalynn Murray, Leon Born, Brody Murray, Tailei Born, Aurora Phillips; three brothers, Enoch W. Kirtman, Jr., Rock Kirtman, Charles “Chuck” Kirtman; three sisters, Sharon Vernon, Shirley Shoopman, Penny Dorsett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sherry J. Kirtman.
A private funeral service will be held at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg with Rev. Mike Bartlett officiating and will be broadcast on the funeral home Facebook page on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be held in the Milford Cemetery.
