Batesville, Ind. — The Theta Nu Chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority from Batesville has awarded three local students $750 scholarships.
Laura Meer plans to study radiological science at Northern Kentucky University, Haley Chaffee will be studying visual communication design at Purdue University and Rose Meer will be working toward a Spanish education degree at the University of Indianapolis.
Proceeds from the sorority’s Holiday Bazaar are used to fund the scholarships.
