Milan, IN — Local children will be surprised with a new bicycle for Christmas thanks to the Service and Seminar Class at Milan High School. The students led by their teacher, Jeff Stutler, collected 45 bikes to give to area families.
The annual project accepted donations in November and December with many local organizations contributing as well. The bikes were delivered to the Samaritans Hope Chest organization in Milan who will be sure that all bikes are delivered. Margaret Mary Health in Batesville equipped each bicycle with a helmet so that the little ones can ride safely.
