Dallas, Tx — Former Lawrenceburg football standout, Reid Strobl has announced his athletic intentions after high school. He’ll put the pigskin down and pick up the fishing reel.
Strobl turned away from several small football opportunities in the Midwest and committed to taking a spot on the Dallas Baptist University Fishing Team, the top program in the country. Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Tournament Director Hank Weldon awarded the top spot to the program.
Currently the team is gearing up for the Carhartt Bassmaster College National Championship in late July.
