Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 14,410 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 over the weekend. A total of 210,374 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 1,809,940 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at an 11.6% positive rate and 116 new deaths were reported for a total of 4,383 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 1,348 cases and 29 deaths reported (up 102 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 704 positive cases and 39 deaths (up 95 new cases), Franklin County has 426 positive cases and 26 deaths (up 33 new cases), and Ripley County has 649 positive cases and 12 deaths (up 58 new cases and 2 new deaths). Locally, this is an increase of 288 new positive cases and 2 new deaths.
