  • Leo Gauck, from Greensburg, attends St. Mary’s Catholic School.
  • Maxwell Gauck, from Greensburg, attends St. Mary’s Catholic School.
  • Alexis Schiller, from Batesville, attends Batesville Middle School.
  • Hilary Ziegler, from Batesville, attends Batesville Middle School.
  • Anna Ziegler, from Batesville, attends Batesville Middle School.

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.

“The Page Program provides students with a great opportunity to get involved in their state government,” Leising said. “I enjoy watching these young students take time out of their day to learn about bills being passed through the Statehouse.”

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Groups serve on Wednesdays.
