Statehouse — State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) met with members of New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. from Batesville at the Statehouse on Tuesday, February 14.
The group shared a Valentine’s Day card with Leising (pictured) and discussed the legislative process and her role as a state senator.
New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. provides tailored programs, services, and engaging opportunities to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ripley, Franklin, and Dearborn counties.
Leising represents Indiana Senate District 42, which includes Ripley, Decatur, Fayette, and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings, and Shelby counties.
