(Statehouse) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) met with Ripley County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) members at the Statehouse on Tuesday, February 27.
CASA is a program of the Southeastern Indiana Voices for Children organization.
The group spoke with Leising about ways their organization has supported children in Ripley County and how the Indiana General Assembly can better support children in need of legal representation.
Leising represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Fayette, Ripley and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
