(Batesville, IN) – State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) honored Schmidt Bakery this week.
Leising presented the bakery’s owners, Clem and Bertie Schmidt, with a Certificate of Congratulations on the business’s 60th anniversary on Thursday, June 29 (pictured).
The bakery has served the Batesville community since 1963 with its exceptional Cherry Thing-A-Lings, donuts, and other sweet treats.
