Franklin County High School Girls Varsity Soccer falls to Landmark Christian 6-1.
The Lady Wildcats had their 6th game in 8 days and fell to the Landmark Eagles in the two programs’ first meeting. While there were moments of quality soccer the fatigued Franklin County team could not muster enough to overcome the speed and pressure of the Landmark team.
Stats for the game: Brylee Pace taken down in the box, Jaime Stortz finished the PK for the only goal of the game. Quality shots on goal were taken by Grace Noble (3), Kylee Gibson (2), Jordan Nichols (2) and Adrienne Bundy (1). Karlie Hahn had 6 saves on the night.
The Wildcats JV program plays Richmond JV at home tomorrow night as the Varsity Squad takes a needed night off. They will take on Greensburg on Thursday.
