
KK Ferman was a key both offensively and defensively for the Wildcats in this one. In the circle KK threw a great game, pitching all seven innings and allowing no runs, one hit, with eleven strikeouts. At the plate Ferman was also equally as successful collecting three hits in as many at bats. She had two singles and a home run with 3 RBIs in the game.

With the victory, the Wildcats move to a 6-5 (2-1 EIAC) record on the season. Franklin County will be back in action on Thursday evening when they travel to Milan for a non-conference battle. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
