EC traveled to Lawrenceburg last night. Both JV and Varsity walked out with the win, but it took both teams an extra set to get the job done.
‘We started really slow and lacked intensity in every set which forced us to battle out of a hole, but the girls did a good job at holding their composure to battle back. It was a good game by both teams. Lawrenceburg served us pretty tough which pulled us out of system a lot, but we found a way to make it work.’ Trojans Coach Cassie Laker.
Varsity is now 11-2 on the season and 6-0 in the EIAC.
