The EIAC Girls Golf Tournament was held at Hillcrest Golf Course on Saturday, September 14th.
The Greensburg Lady Pirates finished first with a score of 365. Followed by Franklin County 375. Batesville 388. Connersville 407. East Central 422 Lawrenceburg 434 Rushville 460 and South Dearborn inc.

Well, it wasn’t the day that the Wildcat golfers expected. They struggled a good part of the day on a very difficult golf course and placed 2nd in the EIAC tournament. There was however a positive part of the day. 3 Franklin County golfers played well enough to earn All-Conference honors. Congrats, to Senior Maggie Brack, and Juniors, Gracie Graf and Camryn Brewer!
“Entering the tournament we were by far the team the beat. My team has played pretty consistently all year and finishing the tournament in 2nd place was definitely very disappointing. My hope is that it will make the team that much hungrier to work hard this week and go into Sectionals wanting to prove to everyone how good they are. They will be back in action at home on Tuesday night when they take on Union County and Connersville on Senior night.
