The Dynamic Duos of Seniors Tori Haessig/Abby Riehle and Juniors Megan Berger/Margo Taylor led the the Lady Indians with decisive straight set Doubles victories, in a close overall loss to visiting South Dearborn by a score of 3-2. The Junior Varsity won 6 of the 11 matches played with victories by Junior Harley Bruns/Sophomore Calista Koehmstedt and two victories each for Freshman Delaney Bushhorn/Cheyenne McMullen, both in Doubles. Sophomore Lucy Ortt made quick work of her opponent in her 8-3 Singles victory but the breakout player of the night was Freshman Octavia Dieng notching her first two Singles victories of the season. This young team is growing quickly and putting larger schools on notice!
The Lady Indians will travel to Hanover College Saturday April 28, for a Varsity invitational and will face @ Batesville Tuesday May 1.
