The North Decatur Lady Chargers claimed the Division 2 Championship on Saturday at the Rushville Invitational. Leading the way for North with a 10th-place finish was Ava Lecher. Freshman Jewel Verseman came in 11th place followed by fellow freshman Madison Rohls, Emerson Gunn, and sophomore Olivia Reisman. Junior Cecilia Barber had her best run of the season and continues to provide leadership and consistency for the young Chargers.
North Decatur returns to action on Tuesday at the South Decatur Invite.
