St. Louis Cardinals 7th Grade Volleyball team fell against the Greensburg Pirates. 25-14, 25-19.
Allie Savage was the top server with 6 points followed by Lilly Schebler, Izzy Price, Hope Kroen, Isabelle Wonnell with 2 points each and Mary Hunter with 1 point. The team improved on their passing skills which help setup Catherine Streator with a spike and Sylvia Eckstein with the only kill of the night.
St. Louis Cardinals 8th Grade Volleyball Team walked away with a win against the Greensburg Pirates. 25-13, 25-16.
The serving was dominated by Regina Gerstbauer with 30 points which included 16 aces. Lilly Wonnell contributed 3 points along with Faith Tekulve with 2 points and Audrey Beiser and Ellie Cornett with 1 point each. Since the game was dominated by our serves, the Cardinals did not have many chances to setup the offense. Elizabeth Gigrich led the offense with 2 spikes. Defense was topped by Ava Allen and Chelsea Robertson.
