The St. Louis Lady Cardinals went to St. Lawrence for our first games of the season. The 7th Grade fell short with a final score of 21-10.
Scoring for us were Ella Smith and Megan Bauer both with 4 pts each and Teresa Wanstrath with 2 pts. We played some good defense and did a really good job overall.
The 8th Grade Girls came out on top with a final score of 22-20.
Being down most of the game by a few and to come out on top proves they wanted to win and their hearts were in it. Scoring for us were Emma Weberding with 10pts, Chelsea Robertson with 6pts and making most as free throws, and Aylssa Wanstrath, Faith Tekulve, and Lilly Wonnell all scoring 2pts each also.
We played some great defense! Great game ladies.
