Julia Viola Billman, 45, of Batesville, IN passed away peacefully on February 20, 2017, 2:15 a.m. at The Waters. She will be greatly missed by her mother Carolyn (Forthofer) Billman, father Melvin Billman, both of Batesville; sisters Annette (George) Reeves of Ragley, LA and Amy (Chris) Caliendo, Oldenburg; and brother-in-law Alan Crum, one niece and two nephews of Sunman. She is predeceased by sister Melissa Crum.
Julia was proud of her position as Quality Technician at Batesville Tool and Die where she worked for many years, and traveled to both Canada and Mexico to ensure customer quality parts. She was an avid fan of Peyton Manning (although not necessarily a Colts or Bronco fan), crime TV mystery shows Law & Order and NCIS, spending time with family and her beloved feline “Snow”.
Visitation will be held at Weigel’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Followed by mass on Thursday at 10:00 a.m., St. Louis Church. Donations may be made to the Food Pantry, Batesville, IN or by doing a random act of kindness as Miss Julia was so thankful and appreciative of those who assisted her in small and big ways, providing the opportunity for her to live independently for so many years. May our darling Girl R.I.P.
