She was born to the late Lewis P. Sloan and Elsie (Klein) Sloan on Friday, October 8, 1937. Joyce was an extraordinary woman who was dearly loved by her family and all those around her. She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Elsie Sloan; and daughter Amy Jo (Owen) Ziegler.
