Brookville, In. — Big news for Jim True Ford- March of 2018 is 11 years in business and the dealership has earned the 2017 Ford Motor Company President’s Award, company’s highest honor. The accolade, created in 1998, acknowledges Ford Dealerships that provide exceptional service and vehicle buying experiences for their customers. Eligibility is determined via customer survey responses regarding their sales and service satisfaction, dealership training, and exceeding sales goals set by Ford Motor Co.
With over 3,000 Ford dealerships operating in the country, this accomplishment is achieved by few. Actualizing the award once places dealers at the top 1% of their industry. Jim True Ford has earned this honor 4 times in 11 years.
