Madison, IN—INDOT held a dedication ceremony for the James Pendleton, Sr. Memorial Highway at the Madison Sub District location Saturday. Mr. Pendleton was a WWII veteran and was active in the Madison and Jefferson County community. S.R. 62 will be named in his honor from U.S. 421 to Canaan in Jefferson County.
