James Eugene Couch, 54 of Patriot passed away Thursday December 21, 2017 at Kindred Hospital in Indianapolis. James was born March 13, 1963 in Batesville the son of Eugene and Betty June (Elza) Couch. He had worked as a mechanic for Jim’s Auto Body in Aurora. His passion was racing automobiles.
He is survived by son James Robert (Ashley Marie) Couch of Patriot, daughter Amanda Couch of Madison, brothers Bobby, Shane, and John Couch and sister Paula (Ronald) Gee, grandchildren Shawn Scott, Alex Almaraz and Makayla Middleton.
