It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacqueline Patricia Hammons, who left us peacefully on August 30th, 2024. At the age of 82, she was a beloved Mom, Grandma and “GG” whose love and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.
Born on August 18th, 1942, Jacqueline was a pillar of strength and a source of endless love for her family. She is survived by her sisters Karla Boss and Kim Kouyoumdjian; Her five children: Wendy Valentin, Tina Moore, Stacy Aquino, Glen Hammons, and Paula Hammons. Her legacy continues through her 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Mother Evelyn Baughman, Husband of 39 years Rolland Hammons, and grandson Joshua Aquino.
A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 12:00 noon until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.gilliland-howe.com.
