Jack Wayne Snyder, 82, of Greensburg passed away on November 25, 2021. He was born on March 20, 1939 in Hope, Indiana the son of Dallas and Buelah Mae (DeSpain) Snyder. Jack married June Snyder on July 7, 1963 and together they had two daughters, Holly and Hope. Jack worked at Cropmate of New Point for 23 years, Bohn Aluminum, and was also a Reserve Deputy for the Decatur County Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of the Sandusky United Methodist Church.
Jack enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and especially enjoyed his daily morning coffee group. He loved car shows and arrow head hunting. Jack was so proud to be a role model to all of the girls in his life. He never missed any of his daughters, granddaughters, and great granddaughters special events.
Survivors include: Wife, June Snyder; Daughters, Holly Hunt and Hope (Jim) Moore; Granddaughters, Casey Simmons, Cierra (Matt) Caudill, Lydia Moore and Irene Moore; Great Granddaughters, Madalyn Caudill, Emma Caudill, Katherine Caudill, Brea Rawlings, and Alexandria Bishop; Brother, Rickey Snyder. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Sisters, Elsie Mae Snyder and Carolyn June Deaton; and Brothers, Larry Snyder and Donald Snyder.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral at 1:00 pm. Rev. Shannon Burford will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Kingston Cemetery.
