Jack Johnson, 66, of Westport, passed away at 2:29 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at his residence. He was born on August 18, 1957, in Connersville, the son of Ray and Virginia (Witt) Johnson. He was born and raised in Connersville and has been a Westport resident since 2007. Jack graduated in 1976 from Connersville High School and was employed by Honda for the past 16 years. He enjoyed motorcycles, fishing and his family. He married Angela Callahan on July 2, 2014, in Sevierville, Tennessee and she survives. Other survivors include his children, Allen (Heather) Johnson of Connersville, Ben (Lisa) Johnson of Anderson, Corbin Johnson of Westport, Kyra Johnson (Wyatt Gatewood) and Kinsey Sample (Conner Batchelor) both of Westport; his sisters, Pam (Mark) Weston and Becky (Eric) Myers both of Connersville; and his brother, Tim Johnson of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Johnson, Madison (Damion) Priddy and Dylan Horn; his great grandchildren, Payton Horn and D. Jay Priddy. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with Pastor Kent Brandenburg officiating with cremation to follow. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
