OSGOOD, Ind. – The Jac-Cen-Del School Board has approved the hiring of Tim Taylor as superintendent.
Taylor is serving his final semester as principal at Jennings County High School after seven years on the job. He previously served as assistant principal at Jennings County and began his career teaching at Rising Sun and East Central, the Osgood Journal reports.
Jac-Cen-Del is phasing in a 1:1 computer initiative which the new superintendent has been involved in similar technology advancements at Jennings County for four years.
Taylor will begin job duties at Jac-Cen-Del next semester. He will replace Bill Narwold, who has served as interim superintendent since the June dismissal of Dr. Leanna Philippe
