(Statewide) – This is Public Safety Telecommunicator Week in Indiana, as proclaimed by Gov. Eric Holcomb.
The work of 9-1-1 telecommunicators to keep public safety officials safe on scene, while also providing lifesaving help to citizens during times of need, is being recognized throughout the state.
The observance runs through Saturday.
