Isaiah Daniel Jones, 21, of Greensburg, passed away on February 2, 2025. He was born on June 18, 2003, in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Raymond Edward Jones and Nancy Jeane Sherwood. He was a high school graduate, and he worked at Honda Manufacturing of Greensburg. He loved animals, amine and going out and doing new things. He loved the mountains of Tennessee and loved to pick on everyone to show his love. He was a kid at heart always and had a laugh that you couldn’t ignore.
Survivors include: father, Raymond Jones; mother, Nancy (Jeremy) McDonald; grandparents, John Sherwood and Susan (Blair) Twigg, siblings, Courtney McDonald, Rebecca (Payton) McDonald, Brandon (Luke) McDonald, Matthew Perkins and Brandon Boyer; niece, Emery Newhouse; step parents, Mary (Jim Polly) McDonald. He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Randall Jones; grandma, Phyllis Sherwood; and sister, Mya Perkins.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 3:00 pm. Rev. Mark Mathews will be officiating. A visitation will follow from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
