(Indianapolis, IN) — INDYCAR has unveiled the first eight races of its 2027 NTT INDYCAR SERIES schedule, including a fast start with races on three consecutive weekends.

The season will open Sunday, March 7 on the Streets of St. Petersburg, followed by Phoenix Raceway on Saturday, March 13 and the Streets of Arlington on Sunday, March 21. It will mark just the fifth time in series history that a season begins with three straight race weekends.
The spring schedule then moves to Barber Motorsports Park on April 4 and the Streets of Long Beach on April 18.
The Month of May begins with the Sonsio Grand Prix on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course May 15, followed by Indianapolis 500 qualifying May 22-23 and the 111th Running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 30.
The first phase of the schedule concludes with the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix on the Streets of Detroit on June 6.
All NTT INDYCAR SERIES races will again air on FOX in 2027. INDYCAR says current-season viewership is up 16 percent from 2025, producing the series’ highest audience since 2008.

INDYCAR says the remaining 2027 race dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Start times and the 2027 INDY NXT schedule will be released later.
