STATEWIDE — The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) on Thursday reported 6,615 new cases of COVID-19 and 57 deaths across the state.
Locally, Dearborn County reported 63 cases; Ripley County had 40 positives; Decatur County reported 39 cases and one death, and Franklin County had 21 positive cases.
State-run COVID-19 mobile testing and vaccination clinics are closed again Friday because of the weather, including the IDOH Strike Team, which was scheduled to be at the Batesville Area Resource Center (BARC) at 920 County Line Road.
That clinic shut down early on Wednesday and was closed all day Thursday due to the winter storm.
The clinic at the BARC is scheduled to reopen Saturday from Noon until 8 pm, with another set of clinics set for next Wednesday through Saturday.
