IDOH COVID-19 Strike Team coming to Batesville for two weeks

BATESVILLE, IN — The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is sending its Strike Team to Batesville on back-to-back weeks.

The stepped-up testing and vaccination effort are on due to the surge in COVID-19 cases.

All 92 counties are in Red on the state’s COVID-19 metrics map.

The state’s seven-day positivity rate stands at 30.4 percent.

The Strike Team will be at the Batesville Area Resource Center at 920 County Line Road on Wednesday, February 2 through Saturday, February 5, and Wednesday, February 9 through Saturday, February 12 from Noon until 8 pm each day.

All vaccines and COVID tests, including rapids, will be available at no cost.
