Greensburg, IN—Twenty-four students from Indiana Department of Homeland Security District 9 which covers Southeastern Indiana attended the FEMA Emergency Operations Plans for Rural Communities (MGT-383) course in Greensburg on Friday. This class taught students the ability to develop local strategic plans for their communities.
