Ms. Hope Ann Phillips, age 59, of Vevay, Indiana, died Friday, February 23, 2024, at her residence. Hope entered this life on January 4, 1965 in Nashua, New Hampshire and was the daughter of the late William J. Webb and Sherry Irene (Gilbert) Phillips. No services are being held.
