Brookville, Ind. — Detectives from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department are looking for information to close a home improvement fraud case.
In September of 2016 police say a man identified as James Mosley, of Waterloo, agreed to do construction work for several residents. Mosley reportedly took half of the quoted price and never returned.
