Southeastern, IN — The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a special statement for Southeastern Indiana as well as Southwestern Ohio to expect high gusts of wind through the afternoon today. Southwest winds will be on the increase through late morning with wind gusts to around 40 mph possible into early afternoon. The winds will gradually decrease late this afternoon into early this evening according to the NWS.
It is recommended to secure loose objects and exercise caution if driving in high profile vehicles today.
