The ISHAA says high school baseball and softball players and coaches will be permitted to wear jewelry starting in 2023.
This comes after the National Federation of High School Baseball and Softball rules committees voted this week to remove the prohibition from the rules of both sports.
Previously, only medical and religious medals were permitted.
