Batesville, In. — The 2019 WalletHub study identifying the top cities in the country for NCAA tournament basketball has been released. The analysts 280 cities and looked at everything from stadium size to social media engagement.
Bloomington and South Bend, Indiana were the only cities in the top 30. A link to the complete study is here.
